Solvent Recovery Unit
Solvent Recovery Unit is a compact, closed-loop distillation system designed to efficiently reclaim laboratory solvents, providing chemically resistant construction, precise temperature control, and high-efficiency condensation for safe, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solvent reuse.
Solvent Recovery Unit is a closed-loop distillation system designed to efficiently reclaim solvents consumed in laboratory processes such as asphalt and bitumen extraction. Chemically resistant stainless-steel housing, controlled heating bath, and high-surface-area condenser enable rapid purification, significantly reducing solvent consumption and disposal costs. The compact layout is optimized for high-throughput laboratories, ensuring maximum productivity with minimal footprint. System architecture consists of digitally controlled heating for stable temperature profiles, high-efficiency water-cooled condensation, solvent-resistant lines and seals, and a leak-tight collection tank. An optional vacuum module allows distillation at reduced temperatures, preventing thermal degradation of heat-sensitive solvents and shortening cycle times. An activated-carbon exhaust filter minimizes solvent vapor release into the laboratory environment.
