Concrete Mixer Pan Type is a pan mixer with a rigid frame and mixing bowl, designed to produce homogeneous concrete mixtures under laboratory conditions. The cylindrical mixing vessel features a smooth internal surface that minimizes material adhesion; paddle-type mixing arms and scrapers continuously gather and blend the mix, preventing segregation and ensuring repeatable mixing quality in a short time. The pan volume is optimized for routine preparation of cube, cylinder, and beam specimens. With the optional control panel, frequency-controlled speed adjustment maintains the appropriate shear energy for mix designs of different consistencies; mixing duration is managed via a digital timer. The mixing head lifts for maintenance and sampling; the paddle-scraper assembly operates at a constant depth, providing consistent energy transfer for every batch. The unit can be supplied with effective mixing capacities of 30, 56, or 60 liters. Mixing arms have replaceable tips and are easy to clean.
