Aparato para pruebas de adhesión en placas Vialit

Vialit Plate Adhesion Test Apparatus is a laboratory device that evaluates the adhesion between aggregates and bitumen by dropping a standard steel ball onto a bitumen-coated plate with surface chippings and measuring the number of detached particles.

Vialit Plate Adhesion Test Apparatus is designed to evaluate the adhesion performance between aggregates and bitumen in asphalt production and quality control laboratories. In this method, a standardized steel plate is coated with bitumen, surface “chippings” are spread over it, and a 512 g steel ball is dropped onto the plate to assess adhesion capability. The apparatus supports the test plate on three vertical studs mounted on a rigid metal base. After impact, the number of detached chippings is counted to determine the adhesion performance between the aggregate and the bitumen.
