La mesa vibratoria es un dispositivo compacto de compactaci\u00f3n de muestras dise\u00f1ado para preparar muestras de cemento y mortero con una densidad normalizada, de conformidad con las normas EN 196-1 e ISO 679. Se utiliza para eliminar el aire atrapado, garantizar una distribuci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea y compactar el mortero hasta obtener una consistencia est\u00e1ndar durante el llenado del molde. La unidad consta de un bastidor de acero ligero, un mecanismo de vibraci\u00f3n exc\u00e9ntrico sin vibraciones y un soporte de mesa ajustable. El molde se fija r\u00edgidamente a la mesa y permanece centrado durante toda la prueba. El movimiento lo proporciona un sistema de levas accionado por motor.
