Triaxial Cells are manufactured with transparent acrylic bodies and aluminum end caps, and are available in multiple sizes to accommodate specimens of different diameters. They provide high pressure resistance and excellent sealing performance, ensuring reliable results during long-term UU, CU, and CD testing. The top and bottom pedestals are made of aluminum and ensure uniform load transfer to the specimen. Integrated drainage lines and connection adapters allow pressure and flow control. The Split Moulds are brass specimen-preparation moulds used during sample installation and membrane mounting. They ensure proper specimen shaping and easy assembly without distortion, and are available in various sizes. The Latex Membranes enclose the specimen and allow confining pressure to act uniformly. Their flexible and impermeable structure enables accurate testing. The Membrane Stretching Tools provide convenient membrane installation by expanding the latex membrane through vacuum assistance, allowing easy and damage-free placement around the specimen. The O-Rings and membrane sealing rings are used to ensure airtight sealing within the cell. They secure membrane ends to prevent leakage during testing. The Porous Stones provide even distribution of pressure and allow controlled drainage flow through the specimen base.
