The device is available in three different sizes:

Small Size

• Diamond Blade Diameter: 350 mm
• Cutting Height: 135 mm

Medium Size

• Diamond Blade Diameter: 450 mm
• Cutting Height: 175 mm

Large Size

• Diamond Blade Diameter: 600 mm
• Cutting Height: 250 mm

These size options allow specimens or block samples to be easily cut to desired dimensions. The V-block vise system used during cutting holds the specimen securely, eliminating vibration-related surface defects and providing ease of operation. The water cooling and circulation unit prevents overheating of the cutting blade, extends blade service life, and ensures that specimen surfaces are prepared smoothly without damage, while simultaneously minimizing the spread of dust particles and protecting operator health.
