Pénétromètre numérique semi-automatique

The penetrometer is used to determine the consistency of a bituminous sample under fixed conditions of load, time, and temperature. The device features a magnetic control unit and an electronic digital programmable timer. This system automatically releases the plunger head and ensures the free fall of the needle during the 5-second test. The standard penetrometer is equipped with a sturdy aluminum base table, leveling screws, a coated vertical rod, and a micrometric vertical adjustment device. The slider, made of brass, allows for smooth free fall. Additionally, it includes a digital display with a resolution of 0.01 mm. The penetrometer is supplied with a stop and release button, automatic reset, micrometer adjustment, a set of 50 g and 100 g weights, a penetration needle, and brass sample cups with diameters of 55×35 mm and 70×45 mm.
