Unités de contrôle

Hydraulic Control Units are advanced closed-loop systems that enable fully automatic, standards-compliant compression and flexure testing of concrete and cement-based specimens, providing precise load control, real-time monitoring, automated test management, and seamless laboratory integration with robust safety features.

Hydraulic Control Units are advanced control systems that perform fully automatic compression and flexure tests on concrete and cement-based specimens under closed-loop control. Working in integration with the hydraulic drive of the testing machine, they apply constant loading rates defined in relevant standards in a stable manner; by processing load, displacement, and (when required) extension feedback in real time, they ensure accurate and repeatable results. The industrial-grade touchscreen operator interface includes preset method templates for concrete cylinder–cube compression and mortar prism flexure applications. When specimen dimensions are entered, strength calculations are performed automatically; real-time monitoring of load–time and load–displacement graphs provides the operator with clear process management. Automatic zeroing, preloading, target-rate loading, and sequential test steps are managed to minimize operator influence. The control electronics operate with high-resolution measurement sensors and low-latency drive architecture. Multi-frame support allows management of compression and flexure stations from a single unit. USB/Ethernet connectivity and CSV/PDF reporting accelerate laboratory integration. Safety equipment includes door-interlock input, emergency stop, overload and stroke limits. The compact design, rear service access, and modular wiring provide quick setup and easy maintenance.
