Cuves de durcissement accéléré

Accelerated Curing Tanks offer controlled, repeatable hot-water curing to accelerate the strength development of concrete specimens, ensuring precise temperature management and uniform water flow, in line with ASTM C684 and BS 1881-112 standards.

Accelerated Curing Tanks provide controlled and repeatable hot-water curing conditions for concrete specimens to achieve accelerated strength development. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel; the double-walled, fully insulated body and tight-fitting lid minimize heat loss and ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the tank. The integrated water-circulation system and rigid bottom grid guarantee free water flow around cube and cylinder specimens, ensuring all samples are exposed to identical thermal effects. The unit operates with a PID-controlled digital thermoregulator and programmable time–temperature profiles. The display clearly shows real-time temperature, remaining duration, and active cycle status. Optional RS232 communication enables computer connectivity. The system architecture applies the thermal profiles required for hot-water and boiling-water methods described in ASTM C684 and BS 1881-112, enabling fast and reliable evaluation of early-age strength trends. The robust chassis and high-access lid provide uninterrupted operation and long service life in high-throughput laboratories.
