Compteurs d'air entraîné

Air Entrainment Meters are precision instruments designed to accurately determine the air content of fresh concrete using the standardized pressure method under reliable and repeatable conditions.

Air Entrainment Meters are devices designed to measure the air content of fresh concrete using the pressure method. The pressure chamber consists of an air-content measuring unit, a cylindrical body with a capacity of 7 L, a top cover system, an integrated pressure pump, a precision gauge, and valves. The body and cover are manufactured from high-strength cast aluminum. All connections are sealed with gaskets, maintaining calibration stability during long-term field use. The test principle is based on placing fresh concrete into the device at a defined volume and measuring air expansion under a specified pressure differential. After the lid is secured, a test pressure is applied to the system using the integrated pump; when the valve is opened, the air volume stabilizes and the air percentage is read directly from the gauge. A wooden carrying case and tamping rod are available upon request.
