Machines d'essai de flexion automatiques – Type rectangulaire

Automatic Flexural Testing Machines – Rectangle Type are high-rigidity, closed-loop systems designed for precise and repeatable determination of flexural strength in concrete beams, slabs, and prefabricated elements, combining adjustable spans, interchangeable loading heads, spherically seated upper heads, and real-time data monitoring with robust safety and laboratory integration features.

Automatic Flexural Testing Machines – Rectangle Type are closed-loop controlled test machines designed to determine the flexural strength of concrete beam and slab specimens in compliance with standards and independently of operator influence. The high-rigidity rectangular frame, monoblock base, and low frame deflection ensure axial fidelity in load transfer to the specimen. The spherically seated upper head and precision-ground lower bearing maintain the contact line, producing repeatable results in every test. The machine architecture is configured with adjustable spans and interchangeable loading heads to accommodate beams and slabs of various sizes and types. This allows rapid switching between center-point and third-point loading setups, while the smooth finish of hardened cylindrical rollers prevents edge crushing. Closed-loop hydraulic control applies the desired constant loading rate stably; the maximum load is captured at failure, and flexural strength is calculated instantly in MPa. The wide span and sufficient stroke also enable testing of standard beams as well as curbstones, paving slabs, and other prefabricated elements. Preset method templates, specimen data, and target loading rates can be easily selected via the industrial-grade touchscreen HMI. Load–time and load–deflection graphs are monitored in real time. USB/Ethernet connectivity supports LIMS-compatible CSV/PDF reporting, and user authorization with audit trail strengthens compliance with laboratory standards. The test area is protected by a transparent safety enclosure with door interlock, emergency stop, stroke, and overload limits. Corrosion-resistant surface coating, smooth contact areas, and accessible service panels enable fast cleaning and minimal maintenance.
