YKMTEST’s programmable mixer features a 10-liter AISI 304 stainless-steel mixing bowl, 3-stage motorized mixing system, microprocessor-controlled touch program unit, and automatic time/speed control. Operation complies fully with the mixing speeds and durations defined in EN 196-1 and ASTM C305. Mixing is managed through a microprocessor-based control panel. The operator may select one of the standard modes or define custom test parameters. The mixing bowl has a smooth surface that resists adherence of cement/sand residue and enables quick cleaning. Mixing blades are manufactured from hardened steel, maintaining shape under high-speed operation and ensuring uniform density throughout the batch.
