Digital Plate Bearing Test Set includes a high-pressure hydraulic jack, fine-control hand pump, calibrated digital load and displacement measurement unit, high-resolution digital displacement sensors, a rigid datum beam, and machined steel loading plates of various diameters. Load application system transfers uniformly distributed axial force to the loading plate via the jack. A centrally positioned seating head, which can be elevated with additional accessories, eliminates alignment errors and ensures homogeneous stress distribution on the plate surface. Load can be read in kN or kgf via a high-sampling-rate digital indicator; zeroing and peak-hold functions enhance operational convenience. Settlement is measured using multi-channel digital displacement sensors positioned on the datum beam with magnetic mounts, providing 0.001 mm resolution. This arrangement isolates any movements originating from the jack or reaction system, calculating average settlement of the loading plate through simultaneous three-point monitoring. Digital indicator and data logger collect load and displacement on a synchronized time base; calibration coefficients are managed through the menu, offering 8-point calibration capability. USB interface enables raw data transfer. Battery power allows long-duration field operation while maintaining calibration stability. The set accommodates standard plate diameters of 300, 450, 600, and 760 mm, and custom plate diameters can be defined by the user. The datum beam, featuring adjustable feet and articulated magnetic mounts, enables easy setup and provides a rigid reference under different ground profiles.All measurement channels can be monitored simultaneously on a single digital display.
