Flexural Test Device for Concrete Beams is a high-rigidity loading fixture designed to determine flexural strength of concrete beam specimens under standard conditions. The rigid frame and ground bearing surfaces transfer load to the beam with axial fidelity. The upper section can be configured with interchangeable heads for third-point or center-point loading. Cylinders are precision-ground to tight tolerances and feature chamfered edges. On the measurement side, the system integrates directly with standard compression testing frames; an optional displacement sensor monitors mid-span deflection with high resolution. It is manufactured from high-strength steel with corrosion-resistant coating.
