Apparecchiatura per il test di permeabilità all'acqua

Concrete Water Permeability Testing Apparatus is designed to evaluate the impermeability performance and water penetration depth of concrete specimens under hydraulic pressure, featuring multi-station pressure cells, high-strength clamping mechanisms, precision pressure control, and durable sealing components to ensure accurate, repeatable, and standards-compliant results in accordance with EN 12390-8 and ISO 7031.

Concrete Water Permeability Testing Apparatus is  designed to reliably and repeatably evaluate the impermeability performance and water penetration depth of concrete specimens under hydraulic pressure. Multi-station pressure cells mounted on a rigid steel body are aligned to provide homogeneous and axial sealing on the specimen surface; high-strength clamping mechanisms and thick neoprene gaskets ensure leak-tight assembly. In standard configuration, cube specimens up to 200 mm and cylinder specimens up to 300 mm can be tested. Each cell is individually supplied with water lines; quick-connect couplings and line valves allow each station to be activated or isolated during operation. The pressure control unit integrates a precision regulator, pressure gauge, and safety relief valve against overpressure. The adjustable pressure range is typically 0–8 bar, providing long-term stability under constant pressure; leakage, pressure fluctuations, or air bubbles within the line are thereby minimized. The feed water is delivered directly to the cells. Transparent hoses allow visual monitoring of flow. Specimen contact surfaces are supported with smooth steel plates and heat/moisture-resistant seals, ensuring that water penetrates only through the intended surface and guaranteeing test repeatability. Setup and operation are streamlined for intensive laboratory use. Quick-lock levers and a wide working aperture shorten specimen placement/removal times; accessible valve and connection layout facilitates service. The device is engineered to meet the requirements of international standards defining penetration depth under water pressure, such as EN 12390-8 and ISO 7031; thus, comparative evaluation of different mix designs, quality control, and durability-oriented investigations can be carried out with confidence. With durable material selection, long-life sealing components that reduce consumable costs, and precise pressure control, the concrete permeability test apparatus provides clear, consistent, and standards-compliant results for assessing concrete water impermeability.
