Beam Moulds are precision-tolerance molds designed for producing prism/beam specimens in standard dimensions for flexural-strength and elastic-behavior testing of concrete. The rigid steel body features ground internal surfaces, sealed joints, and heavy-duty locking clamps that maintain specimen geometry from casting through demolding. Threaded tension devices on the end plates ensure mould parallelism, while the smooth internal finish minimizes air voids and edge distress. Standard configurations are available in commonly used beam sizes, including 100×100×400 mm, 100×100×500 mm, 150×150×600 mm, and 150×150×750 mm. The large base area and coated exterior surface provide stable performance on vibrating tables. Controlled chamfers at internal corners prevent edge damage and help preserve measurement faces. The quick-release design minimizes the risk of specimen damage and shortens cleaning and re-oiling time. Optional accessories—such as steel nameplates, tamping rods, internal separators, and extraction tools—improve workflow in high-throughput laboratories.
