The unit consists of a cylindrical chamber and controlled shutter assembly mounted on a rigid support frame. At the lower section, a 60° conical hopper with a Ø12 mm outlet provides stable flow by limiting turbulence. The upper cylindrical feeder funnel aligns the material concentrically; a quick-clamp system enables rapid filling and secure fastening. The apparatus is sized for  0.063–2 mm fine aggregate fractions. Measurement accuracy is supported by a precision-machined conical outlet and sealed shutter seat. It ıncludes wide base plate with non-slip feet. Corrosion-resistant finish provides long service life.
