Sistema di prova di compressione monoassiale e triassiale della roccia azionato a mano (pressione di confinamento manuale)

Hand-operated rock uniaxial and triaxial compression test system is a reliable testing apparatus designed to determine the mechanical properties of rock specimens in geomechanics laboratories.

Operating with a manual confining pressure system, the device enables both uniaxial and triaxial tests to be performed with high accuracy through its semi-automatic loading system. During testing, the axial load is applied to the specimen via a hydraulic system controlled by a standard loading frame and touchscreen operator panel, while the confining pressure is manually adjusted using a hydraulic hand pump. The triaxial pressure cell used in triaxial testing provides uniform confining pressure around the specimen. While the confining pressure is maintained at a constant level, the axial load is gradually increased until failure, allowing reliable determination of cohesion, internal friction angle, failure envelope, and elastic parameters. In uniaxial compression tests, key parameters such as compressive strength, elastic modulus, and Poisson’s ratio are determined. The system is equipped with high-precision pressure gauges and sensors, ensuring accurate recording of stress–strain curves during loading. Owing to its manual operation capability, the system offers a practical, reliable, and user-friendly solution, particularly for educational and research laboratories. Its simplified control structure facilitates maintenance and provides flexibility to accommodate various testing scenarios.
