Pression Pro Automatic Compression Testing Machines are advanced laboratory systems developed for precise and repeatable determination of compressive strength of concrete cylinders, mortar specimens, natural stone, and other construction materials. Featuring fully automatic load application, measurement, data recording, and reporting, the system eliminates operator influence and ensures traceable, standard-compliant test results.

The machine body is constructed as a monoblock welded structure from CNC-cut high-strength steel plates, providing exceptional rigidity and uniform stress distribution under load. This design minimizes axial deviations during testing and ensures long-term dimensional stability. Ground and hardened steel loading platens are used; the upper platen is spherically seated to guarantee uniform load distribution, while the lower platen allows easy specimen alignment using centering rings. The hydraulic piston and cylinder are precision-machined with micron tolerances and equipped with high-pressure-resistant sealing elements.

The hydraulic power unit generates pressure using a low-noise pump system. Oil flow is regulated by a proportional valve to maintain a constant and accurate loading rate throughout the test, fully compliant with ASTM C39 and AASHTO T 22 requirements. The system is designed for low maintenance and continuous laboratory operation.

Load measurement is performed using a high-accuracy electronic pressure transducer with ±0.25% accuracy, electronically compensated for temperature variations. The measurement system includes a 10-point calibration function, allowing independent calibration curves for different load ranges and ensuring equal accuracy at low and high capacities. Calibration procedures can be performed directly via the control panel. Optional load cell integration enables dual measurement capability.

The SenseProC Touch Panel Control System manages the entire test cycle automatically, including load control, failure detection, data acquisition, and result calculation. The 7-inch color touchscreen with high-contrast IPS display provides an intuitive user interface for selecting specimen type, dimensions, loading rate, and test parameters. Load–time graphs are displayed in real time, and test results are automatically stored with date, specimen ID, operator name, and laboratory information. Internal memory stores over 2000 test records, with data export available via USB, Ethernet, or optional printer.

The integrated SenseProCom Software allows full remote control, monitoring, analysis, and reporting through a PC. Real-time load, time, and pressure data are displayed graphically, with options for stress–strain analysis using optional sensors such as LVDT and strain gauges. Test curves can be compared, overlaid, and exported in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats. Calibration history is digitally archived, ensuring full traceability for accredited laboratories.

Safety features include automatic overload protection, oil-level alarm, emergency stop system, polycarbonate safety enclosure with door interlock, and automatic piston return after specimen failure. Vibration-damping feet and balanced mass distribution enhance stability during operation.
