Stampo solido

Solid Mould is a precision-engineered, single-piece specimen mould designed to produce dimensionally accurate, leak-proof, and standard-compliant cement mortar and concrete samples, ensuring repeatable, durable, and efficient specimen preparation for quality control, acceptance testing, and R&D applications.

Solid Mould is a precision, long-lasting sample mould designed for producing cement mortar and concrete specimens in a single-piece form with standard geometry. The high-hardness steel or cast iron body, ground internal surface, and uniform wall thickness prevent leakage during casting, maintain mould shape under vibration or jolting, and ensure smooth edges and surface quality in the specimen. The monolithic body design reduces risks of joints, misalignment, and internal surface irregularities, providing consistent dimensional accuracy from batch to batch. Integrated bolt–clamp base plates enable fast closure and secure sealing, while the non-slip exterior surface ensures stable operation on vibration tables and jolting machines. Controlled chamfered inner corners minimize edge breakage, and optional demoulding accessories and stainless steel separating blades speed up specimen removal and reduce damage risk. Corrosion-resistant surface treatment, smooth cleanable geometry, and replaceable closure elements provide low maintenance during intensive laboratory use. Production options are available in common sizes, including 50 mm cubes (cement mortar), 70.7 mm and 100/150 mm cubes (concrete), and 40×40×160 mm prisms. Mould parallelism is factory-set and maintained, and a permanent sample identification plate supports traceability in serial production. Solid Mould is developed to meet dimensional accuracy and surface quality standards required for specimen preparation. It is suitable for 50 mm cube mortar testing per ASTM C109/C109M, concrete cube specimens per EN 12390-1/2, and related laboratory procedures. This ensures safe, standard-compliant, repeatable, and reportable specimen production for quality control, acceptance testing, and R&D applications.
