Stampo a tre ganci

Three-gang mould is designed for preparing standard mortar and cement prisms for flexural and compressive strength testing. Its three-compartment configuration enables production of three individual specimens in a single casting. Each compartment is precision-machined to 40 × 40 × 160 mm, allowing different batches or mix compositions to be evaluated under identical casting conditions. The mould body is typically manufactured from ground steel, providing high durability for long-term laboratory use. Smooth internal surfaces allow the specimens to be demoulded without damage, while precise geometry ensures dimensional accuracy for reliable testing. A tight-fitting clamping mechanism and removable side plates prevent leakage during casting and provide practical handling during preparation and cleaning.
