The system consists of a steel impact mechanism that transfers vibration energy directly into the mix, a torsion-resistant intermediate shaft, and a compaction plate compatible with standard molds. Through the compaction plates, energy is uniformly delivered across the specimen, ensuring homogeneous density and repeatable consolidation. The rigid body is equipped with wear-resistant bearings and heat-protected windings for long-term operation. An ergonomic, vibration-damped handle enables the operator to apply controlled, perpendicular force at the mold center; a long-shaft option facilitates access to deep molds. The power unit provides stable amplitude at constant frequency, promoting uniform coarse/fine aggregate distribution and minimizing segregation. A safety-lock trigger, over-current/over-temperature protection, and double-insulated electrical design ensure safe operation under heavy laboratory workloads. The device is compatible with 6×12 in cylindrical molds, featuring a circular compaction plate of approximately 146 mm diameter, with an equivalent square plate available. The tight-tolerance plate-to-shaft connection prevents axial misalignment, and smooth contact surfaces enable rapid cleaning. The apparatus integrates with steel cylinder molds, base plates, and frame-type compaction stands used in specimen preparation.
