Its analogue design eliminates dependence on batteries or electronic components, enabling stable and repeatable measurements under harsh site conditions. The load is applied by pressurizing the hydraulic jack through the hand pump, transferring uniform axial load to the plate. The analogue pressure gauge provides clear, incremental readings; the mechanical dial gauge system is resistant to vibration and shock. Zero adjustment can be easily performed in the field to maintain measurement accuracy. Settlement is measured using three dial gauges. They are positioned on a rigid and stable datum beam, preventing jack movement from influencing readings. The datum beam features adjustable feet, magnetic gauge mounts, a durable structural profile, and quick-connect components, ensuring rapid on-site setup and high vibration resistance. Standard plate diameters are covered; other diameters are available upon request. Quick-release connection elements, a transport case, and organized internal layout provide secure long-term storage and reliable transport while maintaining calibration stability.
