Automatic programmable mortar mixer is designed to perform fully automatic and standardized mixing of cement and mortar specimens, providing a high-performance solution for laboratory applications. The system ensures mixture homogeneity, repeatability, and operator-independent accuracy in experimental evaluations of cementitious materials. YKMTEST’s programmable mixer features a 10-liter AISI 304 stainless-steel mixing bowl, 3-stage motorized mixing system, microprocessor-controlled touch program unit, and automatic time/speed control. Operation complies fully with the mixing speeds and durations defined in EN 196-1 and ASTM C305. Mixing is managed through a microprocessor-based control panel. The operator may select one of the standard modes or define custom test parameters. The mixing bowl has a smooth surface that resists adherence of cement/sand residue and enables quick cleaning. Mixing blades are manufactured from hardened steel, maintaining shape under high-speed operation and ensuring uniform density throughout the batch. The device body integrates a quiet gear-drive system. Vibration-free motor design, precision gear reducer, and balanced spindle architecture maintain stable performance during extended operation. User interface is provided through a modern touch control panel displaying mixing duration, speed level, remaining time, and active test mode in real time.
