Automatic Ring Ball Apparatus

The Automatic Ring Ball Apparatus is an advanced testing device featuring digital microprocessor technology, designed to automatically determine the softening point of asphalt and pitch. Two laser sensors detect the drop of the balls to accurately determine the softening point. The bath temperature is controlled by an electronic system that ensures a temperature increase of 5°C per minute, as specified by standards. Additionally, a magnetic stirrer with adjustable electronic speed ranging from 0 to 160 rpm ensures uniform temperature distribution within the bath during the test.
