Automatic Rock Uniaxial and Triaxial Testing System
Automatic Rock Uniaxial and Triaxial Testing System is an advanced laboratory device designed to investigate the behavior of rock specimens under various stress conditions.
Automatic Rock Uniaxial and Triaxial Testing System measures the response of the specimen under axial loading while simultaneously applying confining pressure, thereby simulating underground conditions within a controlled laboratory environment. Thanks to its fully automatic control mechanism, the system performs loading, unloading, and stress–strain cycling with high precision. In uniaxial tests, the system determines the uniaxial compressive strength, deformation modulus, and failure behavior of the rock specimen, whereas in triaxial tests, parameters such as cohesion, internal friction angle, and strength envelope are obtained. The system software records data such as stress–strain curves, deformation values, and elastic parameters in real time, enabling users to obtain reliable datasets for both research and engineering applications. With advanced sensor integration, the system provides confining pressure control within ±0.1 bar and deformation measurements at micron-level resolution. The system applies confining pressure and axial loading fully automatically
