Its heavy-duty construction maintains mold flatness, while leak-resistant joint detailing prevents deformation of freshly cast material. Smooth internal machining and finely chamfered edges enable damage-free demolding after setting; they reduce adhesion to the mold surface and allow rapid cleaning between batches. In the wet-curing applications, the base-to-body interface is protected against water ingress; edge geometry and dimensions remain stable over long-term use.
