Full Automatic Penetrometer

The Full Automatic Penetrometer is a microprocessor-controlled, compact device designed for fully automated needle penetration testing of bituminous materials. The device automatically reaches the starting point of the test and measures the penetration result using a displacement sensor. Vertical movement is achieved through a high-precision stepper motor, while the displacement sensor provides measurements in the range of 0-50 mm with a resolution of 0.01 mm. Additionally, the device has a memory function for the vertical position to enable repeated tests. The 7” touchscreen, equipped with user-friendly software, displays the penetration/time curve and test temperature in real-time. Before starting the test, the automatic reset function activates, and the test is performed using an electromagnetic needle release mechanism. An integrated LED lamp ensures proper illumination of the test area.
