Impermeability Test Set
Impermeability Test Set
The concrete permeability device operates on the principle of applying pressurized water to the surface of hardened concrete. After this application, the specimen is cut in half to measure the depth of water penetration. This measurement from the cut surface helps determine the water permeability of the concrete. Our devices are suitable for testing 3, 6, or 12 specimens of either 150×150 mm cubes or 150×300 mm cylinders. The water collection tank and sample compression apparatus are made of stainless steel for durability. Water permeability can be directly read via the graduated burette mounted on the front panel. The device has a pressure capacity of 10 bars, with pressure increments adjustable to a precision of 0.2 bars.
