Poker Vibrator
Poker Vibrator is a portable, high-frequency device designed for the internal vibration and consolidation of fresh concrete, ensuring uniform mixture density by expelling air and preventing segregation.
Poker Vibrator is a portable device with a flexible shaft and vibrating poker head, designed for internal vibration and consolidation of fresh concrete. During specimen casting, it expels entrapped air, controls segregation, and helps achieve a dense and uniform mixture. The system consists of a high-frequency vibrating steel head, a torsion-resistant flexible drive shaft, and an impact-resistant power unit. The vibration frequency is maintained at approximately 10,000–12,000 vpm, providing effective consolidation energy for low– to medium-slump concretes.
