Concrete Mortar Penetrometer is a spring-loaded, high-durability measuring device designed to determine the penetration resistance of fresh cement mortar and to monitor initial and final setting stages in compliance with standard procedures. The rigid metal body includes a finely graduated load scale and a sliding ring; the ring locks the maximum applied load value, eliminating operator reading errors. A 25.4 mm penetration-depth mark on the measuring shaft ensures identical embedment depth in each trial, supporting measurement repeatability. The device is supplied with six interchangeable stainless-steel needle tips. Needle bearing areas are  specified as 16 – 32 – 65 – 161 – 323 – 645 mm², covering a wide resistance range from low to high in a single instrument. For accuracy and portability, the needle set and a protective carrying case are included.
