With its durable chassis, high-torque engine, and practical operating features, it enables fast, safe, and standard-compliant coring on road pavements, airfield runways, concrete floors, and asphalt layers. The unit features a rigid steel column structure that provides vibration-free cutting. Speed adjustment is made manually via the throttle lever; this configuration is preferred in field core drilling machines because it offers ease of control and torque transmission compatible with engine output. Core depth is finely adjusted using a rotating feed handle and securely locked in position. The power unit operates with a long-life gasoline engine. The engine transfers power directly to the coring spindle, generating high cutting torque and allowing efficient coring of both asphalt layers and concrete surfaces. The coring assembly is mounted on a trailer-type steel chassis. A wheel set and towing hook allow easy transportation when attached to a vehicle. The chassis is coated with automotive-grade paint for protection against outdoor conditions. For water cooling, the machine is equipped with an integrated water tank and pressurized hose connection. Continuous water feed to the core bit during cutting extends diamond bit service life and reduces dust formation.
