Consolidation Bench for Triaxial Cells is a compact, high-rigidity platform designed to perform the consolidation stage of triaxial soil specimens simultaneously.

The bench accommodates three independent triaxial cells within a single frame; each socket features centering plates and precision alignment surfaces to ensure proper axial positioning. This configuration enables simultaneous consolidation of three specimens, increasing laboratory throughput and reducing test time. The frame is constructed on a torsion-resistant steel chassis. The load-lever support geometry, combined with a dead-weight system, ensures uniform vertical stress application and highly repeatable load transfer. Each cell can be configured to work with various deformation measurement devices. The bench is manufactured to match triaxial cells of different specimen diameters. A multi-port arrangement facilitates organized and leak-free connection of the cell pressure, the back pressure, and the drainage lines. No-volume-change valves and air-bleed lines improve system stability during saturation and pressure application. Quick-connect couplings allow direct integration with the volume change units, pore water pressure transducers, and de-aired water supply. Measurement and control components can be configured with analog dial gauges or digital displacement sensors to allow single-station or three-station parallel data acquisition.
