Полевой испытательный комплект CBR

Field CBR Test Set is a portable testing system used to directly determine the bearing ratio of soils in situ.

It represents the field version of the laboratory CBR (California Bearing Ratio) test and is designed to evaluate the actual bearing capacity of soil layers, particularly in applications such as road subgrades, embankments, parking lots, and airport runways. The system consists of a loading frame, loading lever, proving ring, penetration piston, dial gauge, surcharge weights, and datum bar. During testing, a standard-size piston is driven into the soil at a controlled rate. The resistance to penetration is read from the dial gauge on the proving ring, while settlement is monitored using a dial gauge fixed to the datum bar. These measurements are used to calculate the CBR value (%). The Field CBR Test Set is fully portable, and its modular structure allows quick assembly on site. The proving ring has a capacity of 50 kN and measures soil resistance with high accuracy; the penetration gauge with 0.01 mm precision continuously monitors settlement. All components are resistant to corrosion and impact, ensuring durability in field conditions.
