Multi Length Comparator with Datalogger is a multi-station digital comparator system designed to precisely monitor time-dependent length change (shrinkage/expansion) of cement, mortar, and concrete prisms. A 0.001 mm-resolution digital sensor captures micrometric-level deformation with high reliability. Multi-station architecture enables rapid measurement of multiple specimens; interchangeable contact tips ensure compatibility with common specimen sizes from 25×25×285 mm mortar bars to 75×75×285 mm concrete prisms. An external datalogger records each measurement with date–time stamp, operator, and specimen ID; USB/CSV transfer and direct software output enable near-instant quality-control reporting. When used with the optional temperature probe, ambient conditions are logged to support advanced analyses of temperature effects.
