SCC – Slump-Flow Test Set is a professional equipment system designed to evaluate the flow behavior of self-compacting concrete (SCC) in accordance with international standards and independent of operator influence. The set consists of a precision-manufactured stainless-steel slump cone, a large-surface engraved base plate, and measurement/inspection accessories. The rigid frame and smooth upper surface provide a uniform plane for free concrete flow after cone lifting; a centering ring and mm-graduated markings ensure that diameter measurements are taken consistently from the same reference. The cone’s thick-walled body, dual lifting handles, and foot rests provide secure stabilization; the ground inner surface maintains mold-release stability during lifting. The base plate includes a permanently engraved T500 reference circle and diameter measurement lines; a bubble level and adjustable feet allow rapid leveling before testing. High-strength metal construction and corrosion-resistant finish provide long service life under intensive laboratory and field use; all contact surfaces are suitable for fast cleaning. For practical field operation, the set is supplied ready-to-use with a metal scoop, straight-edge screed, measuring ruler, and stopwatch. Component dimensions and geometry are configured to comply with international SCC flow measurement and timing requirements. With ergonomic design and clear reference markings, results are accurate, repeatable, and easily reportable.
