El Kumandalı Hidrolik Numune Dikey Ekstruder

Hand-Operated Hydraulic Specimen Vertical Extruder is a manual , vertical‐type device designed to extract specimens from cylindrical molds and tubes without cracking, eccentricity, or loss of dimensional integrity.

Used in laboratory applications to allow quick mold replacement and controlled extraction force. The body consists of a high-rigidity vertical frame. The hydraulic system operates through a hand-actuated pump and sealed cylinder aligned on a single axis. An integrated pressure gauge displays the applied pressure. The mold-holding section is equipped with a quick-clamp mechanism, allowing Proctor/CBR molds, triaxial cells, Shelby tubes, etc. to be secured concentrically. Ejector piston tips are interchangeable; machined heads with matching radii are available for molds with different internal diameters. The piston rod is guided against rotation, preventing torsion on the specimen surface; friction is minimized throughout the stroke, ensuring smooth extrusion. Vertical configuration provides natural gravity support, reducing breakage and maintaining structural stability even in long specimens. Large working clearance enables fast placement and removal of molds. An electrostatic coating provides protection against corrosive environments; hydraulic hoses are high-pressure rated and feature leak-proof fittings.
