Motorized Cement Flow Table is a high-accuracy laboratory testing device used to determine the flow and workability characteristics of cement-based mortars, plasters, and specialty binders. The system employs a motor-driven automatic drop mechanism that delivers constant energy and fixed drop height during each test cycle, significantly improving repeatability and minimizing operator-dependent variation compared to manual flow tables.

The device is fully compliant with EN 459-2 and EN 1015-3 standards, making it suitable for production quality control, research and development, and educational laboratories. The motor-assisted lifting and dropping system performs a predefined number of drops at a constant height, ensuring identical impact conditions throughout the test. Drop cycles are monitored and controlled via an electrical control unit, reducing operational errors and supporting standardized testing procedures.

The Motorized Cement Flow Table features a robust, high-strength frame, a precision-machined brass table surface, and a vibration-free bearing system that guarantees vertical, centered movement during operation. During testing, the prepared mortar is placed into the conical mould, levelled according to the standard procedure, and subjected to 15 drops within 15 seconds from a height of 10 ± 0.2 mm. After completion, the spread diameter is measured to assess material workability.
