Automatic cement compression and flexure testing machines are a professional series of systems designed to measure compressive and flexural strength of cement and mortar specimens with fully automated, closed-loop control and high repeatability. The rigid, bend-resistant steel frame, combined with a spherical-seat upper head and heat-treated, precision-ground loading plates, ensures uniform load transfer across the specimen surface. The integrated servo-controlled hydraulic power unit manages automatic pace-rate (load increase rate), applying the standardized loading profile independently of the operator. Features such as automatic stop at specimen failure, peak capture, and rapid reset enhance testing efficiency. A low-noise pump, oil cooling/filtration module, and leak-proof hydraulic lines provide stable operation with minimal maintenance even under intensive laboratory schedules. In dual-station configurations, a single power unit can automatically direct flow between compression and flexure frames. This allows rapid testing of 40×40×160 mm mortar prisms in flexure with third-point loading, followed by compression on half-prisms or 50 mm cubes. The digital control panel simplifies user interaction with test mode selection, target pace-rate, real-time load–displacement monitoring, and a multilingual interface. Built-in data logging, USB/CSV export, and software integration allow immediate processing of results in quality management systems, while linking sample ID, batch number, and operator information enhances traceability. Safety is ensured with a transparent protective shield/cover interlock, pressure relief valve, overcurrent/overtemperature protection, and emergency stop. Smooth painted surfaces and rounded edges facilitate quick cleaning. Machine architecture and dimensional accuracy are developed in compliance with EN 196-1 / ISO 679 for flexure tests on 40×40×160 mm prisms and compression tests on half-prisms, as well as ASTM C348 (flexure), ASTM C349 (compression on half-prisms), and ASTM C109 (compression on 50 mm cubes). Capacity options, frame rigidity, and automatic pace-rate control combine to guarantee standard-compliant, comparable, and reportable results.
