Otomatik Toprak Kompaktörü

Automatic Soil Compactor is a fully automated Proctor/CBR compaction system designed to deliver standardized compaction energy while eliminating operator variability. The rigid steel frame houses a motor-driven lifting mechanism that ensures the rammer reaches the same drop height for every blow. The rotating mould table and controlled impact pattern provide uniform compaction across the surface. Programmable blow counts and auto-stop functionality ensure repeatable results and fast test cycles across all layers.

The unit accommodates 100 mm and 150/152–152.4 mm mould sizes; the quick-clamp mould mounting system minimizes misalignment. Rammers are available in the standard 2.5 kg and 4.5–10 lb versions; drop height is adjustable to 305/457 mm (ASTM) and 300/450 mm (EN/BS) specifications. A microprocessor-based controller manages the blow sequence and count. Operator safety is ensured by an interlocked transparent safety enclosure; over-travel protection and emergency stop safeguards are provided through mechanical and electronic circuits. An optional sound-insulated cabin is available to reduce noise emissions.
