Beton Cep Penetrometresi

Concrete Pocket Penetrometer is a compact, ergonomic device designed to precisely measure the penetration resistance of fresh concrete mortar, enabling easy monitoring of the early setting process in accordance with standard testing procedures.

Concrete Pocket Penetrometer is a palm-sized ergonomic device designed to determine the penetration resistance of fresh concrete mortar and to monitor the onset of setting in accordance with standard methodology. The body features a close-tolerance spring–reaction mechanism and a finely graduated scale, ensuring stable and repeatable readings. The stainless-steel penetration tip has an area of 32.3 mm² (1/20 in²), and a 25.4 mm embedment mark on the shaft ensures the same penetration depth is applied in each trial. The scale is calibrated over a 0–5 MPa (0–700 psi) range to track the early-age stiffening behavior of fresh concrete mortar mix, and provides direct readings without further calculation. The compact body weighs approximately 250 g; its non-slip grip, chamfered edges, and corrosion-resistant finish ensure long-term field durability. The device is supplied with a protective carrying case.
