High Pressure Cement Autoclave is a high-pressure steam testing device used to determine the soundness and expansion behavior of hardened cement. The device evaluates the dimensional stability of cement by subjecting cement specimens to controlled temperature and pressure conditions for a specified period under laboratory settings. This method is particularly used to assess whether slowly hydrating components, such as free lime (CaO) or magnesium oxide (MgO), cause dimensional changes in the cement.
