Motorized Hydraulic Specimen Vertical Extruder is a motor-driven hydraulic press designed to extract compacted soil, asphalt, and cement-based specimens from molds in the vertical axis without damage and with high repeatability.

A rigid steel frame and long-stroke vertical cylinder ensure uniform and axial load transfer to the specimen; guide columns and a centering fixture prevent shaft misalignment, minimizing cracking and edge breakage on the specimen surface. Interchangeable push heads and adapter rings provide broad compatibility with standard-diameter molds such as Shelby tubes, triaxial specimen tubes, Proctor/CBR molds, Marshall molds, and various cylindrical/prismatic molds. The motorized hydraulic power unit features adjustable output rate and a pressure-relief valve for safe operation; a precision pressure gauge or optional digital pressure indicator enables real-time force monitoring. An optional foot pedal offers hands-free convenience. Large vertical clearance and long-stroke design allow fast placement of molds of different heights. Corrosion-resistant finishes, leak-proof hydraulic lines, and easily accessible service points provide long service life and low maintenance costs under intensive laboratory schedules. Optional safety components such as transparent guards, emergency stop, and oil-level indicator enhance operator protection.
