A rigid steel stand securely supports a top-mounted electronic balance with an under-hook; a height-adjustable platform below carries a water tank for weighing specimens in air and in water. The frame is finished with electrostatic powder coating. Leveling feet and alignment surfaces maintain accurate balance–tank alignment. Stainless-steel mesh density baskets and a concrete-specimen suspension fixture allow safe immersion of different sample types. The water tank includes a drain valve, splash-reduction rim, and wide discharge opening. Quick-release fittings enable fast basket changeover.
