Universal Concrete and Asphalt Saw is a floor-standing system designed for wet cutting of concrete, rock, natural stone, and asphalt specimens to testing dimensions in laboratory environments. The rigid steel body and balanced mass distribution minimize vibration, improving cut-surface smoothness. A linear-guide feed mechanism allows controlled, low-vibration approach of the blade to the specimen. It provides adequate cutting depth for typical specimen dimensions. The integrated water tank and guided carriage support continuous cooling and debris removal during wet cutting; a circulation pump delivers uniform water flow to the blade–specimen contact zone. Long-life bearings and a precision-machined table maintain cutting accuracy throughout the equipment’s service life. The system is configured to support specimen-preparation procedures carried out to EN/ASTM requirements, ensuring high productivity and low rework rates in quality-control laboratories. A V-block vise system enables secure specimen clamping.
