Cube Moulds are precision-engineered, long-lasting molds designed for preparing concrete specimens in standard dimensions with high repeatability. Made from rigid materials such as cast iron, steel, or plastic, the molds feature finely machined mating surfaces to ensure smooth contact and tight sealing, resulting in specimens with clean faces that require no additional surface preparation before compression testing.

The bodies are manufactured from rigid cast iron, steel, or plastic; the mating surfaces are finely machined to ensure smooth contact and tight sealing, producing specimens with clean faces that require no additional surface preparation before compression testing. Corrosion-resistant finishing and impact-resistant corner geometry maintain dimensional stability under heavy laboratory use. Moulds are produced in commonly used concrete cube sizes such as 150×150×150 mm and 100×100×100 mm; high-density plastic options are also available for rapid on-site testing. Cast-iron/steel versions preferred for laboratory use include robust clamping systems for secure closure, while plastic bodies provide the advantages of light weight and easy assembly/disassembly. Design and sizing comply with the shape and tolerance requirements of the EN 12390-1; concrete cube moulds are also compatible with international practices including BS 1881 and ASTM C192/C39 for specimen preparation.
