Titreşimli Masalar

Vibrating Tables are robust laboratory devices designed for the external vibration and consolidation of fresh concrete molds. Featuring a thick-walled steel table and vibration motor, the system ensures uniform energy transmission for optimal compaction across cube, cylinder, and beam molds, in accordance with industry standards.

Vibrating Tables are rigid laboratory devices designed for external vibration and consolidation of fresh concrete molds. The thick-walled steel table, vibration motor, and balanced mass layout ensure uniform energy transmission, enabling proper consolidation of cube, cylinder, and beam molds in accordance with standards. The system produces constant vibration at a preset amplitude, providing optimal compaction energy across mixtures of varying consistencies and aggregate size distributions. The table body is mounted on isolation pads that limit vibration transfer to the frame, increasing equipment service life and reducing vibration transmitted to the laboratory floor. An integrated timer and large start/stop buttons support repeatable workflows. Ergonomics and safety features are engineered for intensive use: non-slip table coating, carrying handles, emergency stop, and grounded electrical architecture provide reliable and safe operation.
