The device consists of a high-strength stainless-steel bleeding container, a sealed lid, a graduated measuring rod, and a timing set. The internal diameter of the container is\u00a0 255 \u00b1 5 mm, and its height is 280 \u00b1 5 mm. The lid is gasket-sealed to prevent evaporation during testing. Freshly mixed concrete is placed into the bleeding container immediately after mixing and its surface is leveled. The specimen is then covered with the lid, and the volume of free water appearing at the surface is measured at specified time intervals. The collected water at the top surface is removed using a pipette or syringe, and its volume is recorded. The procedure continues until no additional water appears on the surface.
