The horizontal architecture minimizes bending and cracking risks caused by self-weight in long specimens; the specimen is pushed linearly out of the mold and transferred safely onto a receiving tray. The machine body is built on a high-rigidity steel frame. An integrated motor-pump group operates together with fine-flow hydraulic valves to provide smooth, shock-free force transmission; its closed-circuit hydraulic layout reduces leakage risk and improves pressure stability. An over-pressure relief system protects both the specimen and hydraulic components; an analog or optional digital pressure indicator allows real-time force monitoring. The pusher head features a spherical seating surface to compensate for minor alignment errors and to ensure uniform load transfer across the full section. Anti-rotation guides prevent rotation during extrusion, eliminating torsional marks on the specimen surface. The mold-clamping area incorporates a quick-clamp mechanism, adjustable centering shoe, and slide supports, allowing molds of different internal diameters to be secured without eccentricity. Interchangeable pusher tips with precision-ground surfaces and proper radius transitions provide compatibility with CBR and Proctor molds, Marshall molds, and thin-walled tubes. The large stroke capacity allows full-length extrusion in a single operation; a stroke indicator and mechanical limiters help maintain consistent settings in repetitive use. The moving section is surrounded by a transparent safety shield. The motorized system includes an emergency-stop button and controlled return circuit to prevent unexpected movement.
