Curing Cabinet
Curing Cabinet is a controlled-temperature and high-humidity laboratory chamber designed to provide uniform, standard-compliant curing conditions for concrete and mortar specimens.
Curing cabinet is designed to maintain the curing process of concrete and mortar specimens under controlled temperature and high relative humidity in full compliance with standards. A fully insulated body, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel inner chamber, and fan-assisted homogeneous air–humidity circulation ensure uniform curing conditions throughout the chamber, providing consistent specimen performance from batch to batch. An advanced PID control unit maintains temperature within 20 ± 1 °C, while the integrated humidification system rapidly achieves and stabilizes ≥ 95% RH. Adjustable heavy-duty shelf assemblies allow ergonomic placement of cube, prism, and cylinder moulds. A double-sealed door, insulation panels that minimize thermal bridging, and an optional large anti-fog viewing window keep internal conditions stable; internal LED illumination allows easy monitoring of specimens.
